With a robust background as an Administrative Support Professional, Denise brings a unique blend of organizational expertise, project management proficiency, and team leadership to the role of Online Business Manager at Peolocity.

With years of experience in the higher education, corporate, small business, and non-profit sectors, Denise has honed the ability to manage operations seamlessly, ensuring efficiency and productivity. In previous roles as an Administrative Support Professional, Denise developed exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, team management, and process improvement.

Denise excels in building and sustaining relationships, both internally and externally, which is crucial for driving business success at Peolocity. A detail-oriented approach and strong ethical standards ensure consistent, high-quality results. Experience in managing virtual teams and coordinating complex projects has equipped Denise to handle the unique challenges of government contracting, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently.

Diéynaba (Naima) Diagne, MPH, CSM is the founder of Diagne Global, an international professional services firm focused on driving innovation through strategy and management by leveraging emerging technologies. Her passion for health stems from a deep interest in understanding the interplay between people, environment, and technology in the development of sustainable systems. She has lead management and implementation projects with USAID, CDC, NIH, State of Texas, and City of Los Angeles. 

Diéynaba holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She leverages her diverse skill set, expertise in technology, and global health perspective to develop innovative solutions that promote positive change across industries.Her unique background in public health, including M&E, project management, systems improvement with a focus on data governance and analytics both domestically and internationally, allows her to identify parallels and connections between industries. She collaborates with private and public entities to create strategies that drive greater overall impact and advancement in health by leveraging technology and data-driven insights. Her notable experience includes roles at Deloitte, Centers for Disease Control, and the University of Pennsylvania.

Femi – Agile Coach and Mentor

Femi is an experienced agile coach with over 17 years in telecommunications, IT, finance, and hardware. He specializes in project management, system design, software development, and customer support, significantly contributing to successful projects and agile transformations.

A passionate mentor, Femi empowers individuals through personalized coaching and monthly Scrum classes, equipping them with agile principles for rewarding careers. Actively involved in the agile community, he speaks at workshops and seminars to promote continuous learning and innovation.

Femi’s empathetic approach reflects his belief in each person’s potential. His commitment to continuous improvement and excellence has transformed numerous careers and established him as a trusted thought leader in the agile space. As the Office Manager at Peolocity, Marie ensures seamless operations and a collaborative work environment. With exceptional organizational skills and a focus on efficiency, she supports our team in delivering outstanding services to clients worldwide. Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture, she plays a key role in aligning day-to-day activities with Peolocity’s mission of empowering leaders and organizations to thrive.
